Grandson Knox has been away for the past week out of town with his mom and dad, and we’ve missed having him around. They came home this afternoon. We enjoyed supper at Cracker Barrel where Knox and Grandpa played checkers after we ate. I think he’s grown since we saw him last week. Kids do that, especially when you’re not looking. Happy TGIF, everyone!

      No, I haven't heard the song, but I'll check it out. I saw this quote and loved it - seems it could apply to relationships in general.

    I was just thinking today about how much I'll miss Knox being two. He was sitting with Frankie the cat looking out his bedroom window. I just took a minute to soak it in. I love this pic!!! He loves checkers and his Granny & Grandpa!!!
